Beautiful hotel with very friendly staff.
A little bit distant from the city but a lovely position by the river.

Truly beautiful grounds, although needed better signage. Great room and shower, bed and balcony but the TV didn’t support Airplay or the Firestick I had with me. One of the managers explained to me that the hotel was in the process of updating the technology but couldn’t offer a further resolution. Most of the staff were lovely but the occasional one was more interested in what they could get rather than what they could give. It was off putting. The gateman worked tirelessly in the ferocious heat all day with a smile and a salutation. It didn’t go unnoticed when we left.
The venal nature of one particular staff member who seems to be in the incorrect employment for their character. Not nice.

Beautiful trees and gardens and riverfront quiet and elegant. The food was very good at Faviola restaurant. The staff was very friendly and went out of their way to satisfy every need. We celebrated a birthday and staff did a great job helping with flowers and balloons for a special day.
Swimming pool and deck was nice, but a little dated.
