    I had a lovely stay here with beautiful breakfast 300B Be careful of AGODA .. suudenly it changes to USD (from AUD) right at the end the throw in +10% +7%.. not just this hotel! Love this boutique resort.

    Canadian LGBT couple. We stayed for 2 nights, but will definitely be returning for an entire week next time. We really appreciated the welcome drinks, complimentary shuttles to Nai Harn beach and sunset viewpoint, and the free upgrade to a nicer room. There is a little restaurant on site. We had the chicken satay and peanut sauce (which was very good!) and the margarita pizza (which I might suggest saving for an Italian restaurant). The entire reception staff was so kind and accommodating, we cannot say enough nice things about them. Always felt very safe and respected here. Thank you! We can’t wait to stay here and see you all again next year.

    I recently stayed at Navatara Phuket Resort, and while the resort has some great features, my experience was mixed, especially when it came to staff interactions and a few issues that weren't addressed properly. Positives: The room was very large and clean, which was great. It felt spacious and well-maintained throughout my stay. The location was peaceful, perfect for those looking for a quieter place to relax away from the hustle and bustle. The swimming pool was also very clean and well-kept, ideal for relaxing after a day out. Negatives: Unfriendly Front Desk Staff: Some of the front desk staff were not very welcoming or friendly. I felt a bit of a cold reception, which isn’t ideal when you're arriving at a new place and just want to feel comfortable. Room Issues: Unfortunately, my room’s air conditioning wasn’t working properly, and after I raised the issue with the management, I received a response from the GM. While the response acknowledged the issue, the tone didn’t make me feel like the problem was being taken seriously. The response was focused more on how simple complaints are handled, which felt dismissive. Missing Amenities: My room didn’t have toothpaste or a toothbrush, which is a basic amenity in most hotels. It would have been nice to have that available without needing to ask. Slippers Were Too Small: The slippers provided were incredibly small (didn't fit at all), and I ended up not using them. Incident at Check-in: When I arrived, there was a small incident where the hotel claimed that one of the wheels of my luggage was broken. The management response to this felt more like an accusation than a genuine attempt to resolve the issue. It was handled poorly and left me feeling like the situation wasn’t being treated with care. In professional hospitality, these types of incidents should be addressed with empathy and understanding, not by blaming the guest. Overall: While the resort itself has a lot of potential with clean, large rooms and a great location, the customer service and lack of attentiveness to my complaints really detracted from the experience. I didn’t feel welcomed after my complaints, and this made my stay a lot less comfortable than it should have been. I would recommend the resort for those who are looking for a peaceful, clean place to stay, but I hope they improve their staff training and response to guest concerns.
