    Rooms and locations were great. Unfortunately, we experienced with strange noise over the roof and ceiling for several nights. The hotel tried to find out the issues; however, the noise was still. Thank you for great preparation of our breakfasts.

    Great Service, great breakfast and great staff. I do love their amenity sets. Shampoo and their shower cream are made from rice milk. Opposite the hotel is Chiang Man ( วัดเชียงมั่น) where they provide great Thai massage.

    The stay was not quite what I expected. Perhaps because it was low season and the hotel is still relatively new, the overall atmosphere felt very quiet. The location is also quite far from the main area, with no particular scenery apart from the surrounding local residential neighbourhood. One morning, the fire alarm went off, which was quite concerning. What was more disappointing was that the staff did not seem to know how to handle the situation. Guests were left waiting around without knowing what had happened, and there was no proper explanation or update given afterwards. I feel the hotel should have clearer emergency procedures and better communication with guests, especially when it involves safety. Breakfast was served à la carte rather than buffet style, although the food itself was decent. The room was new and generally comfortable, but unfortunately there were ants in the room, which was unexpected for a relatively new property. Overall, there are definitely areas that could be improved, particularly staff preparedness, cleanliness and guest communication. The hotel has potential, but the experience did not quite meet my expectations.
