The property was lovely, like a French chateaux. I had a room which opened up onto a lovely garden called the English garden. The breakfast was really good and cooked to order when you come in and it was nice to have a proper coffee included with breakfast.
The shower flooded and there was a big gap under the door so I was worried about insects coming in.
The property is about a 20 minute walk into the centre of Chiang Rai. I didn’t mind this but others might.

The B&B is located close to many shops and restaurants and about a 20 minute walk into town centre. The B&B was quiet, the bed was very comfortable and the room was generally clean. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly.
There were small areas of the room that were crumby/ dusty but it was not a big deal.

The hotel is very nice in a Garden setting, great breakfast, hospitable staff.
If you have big luggage, it's a bit of a challenge to take the luggage to the upper floors if get a room in the top floor, as there's no staff to help with that.
