    I have stayed here twice now. The 'deluxe king' room is beautiful. Staff are helpful and take care to ensure you are comfortable. The location, opposite some of the ruins, is quiet and offers the opportunity for relaxing walks. Food is good and the menu varied. There are lots of friendly cats.

    The staff was very friendly. The room was basic but had everything we needed for two nights in Ayutthaya. The place is well located close to a park with beautiful temples and there were also some nice cafés and restaurants in the vicinity. For breakfast we had delicious omelette and rice porridge at the homestay. We also booked a two hour boat tour including a tuk tuk taxi that was recommended by the homestay.

    I did pay for the double, small, basic but expensive room, and not for a single as requested, so I did not get the expected value for money. The so reviewed wonderful breakfast was all single portions in plastic (butter, jam, yogurt...) nothing home made a part of an omelette cooked on a very bad oil.
