Amazing view of the Chai Praya River to give you a good feel for daily life on the river.. The family were very pleasant and helpful. Excellent coffee shop a couple hundred meters away. The park across the street is fun to wander around.

Panya, the owner was amazing! He made my trip! Told me places to go in town and helped me with places to go and stay along my bike packing trip to Chiang Mai from Bangkok.

The warmest of welcomes greets you when you arrive at this family run guesthouse. Situated right on the river with outstanding views of Wat Phutthaisawan. Lovely family owned establishment where the rooms are clean and well presented. There is no breakfast yet they offer you coffee and mother gave us steamed buns the first morning and coconut almost mochi type snacks the following day before we left. Ayutthaya was part of our motorbike tour and so we parked our bike on their parking lot. Would recommend this guesthouse to anyone wanting the real Thailand experience
