    Our stay at Casa de la Flora was nothing short of exceptional! Returning felt like coming home to a place where every detail has been thoughtfully curated to create an atmosphere of understated luxury and serenity. The beachfront setting is breathtaking, the service is impeccable, and the warmth and attentiveness of the team made us feel genuinely welcomed from the moment we arrived. Breakfast was a daily highlight, offering an impressive selection of beautifully prepared dishes, from delicate pastries and perfectly cooked steaks to Fresh juices creating an indulgent start to each morning. One particularly memorable touch was the complimentary 60 minute couples massage, which elevated an already relaxing stay into something truly special. Combined with the peaceful surroundings and beautifully appointed villa, it was the perfect retreat. The only area where we feel there is room for improvement is the availability of HALAL menu options on offer. This was also something I mentioned during our previous stay, and unfortunately it remains unchanged. As an internationally renowned luxury resort welcoming guests from around the world, offering HALAL options would be a meaningful step towards greater inclusivity and would further enhance the experience for many travellers. That said, this did little to diminish what was otherwise a truly wonderful stay. Casa de la Flora continues to be one of our favourite places to unwind, and we wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone seeking tranquillity, exceptional hospitality, and refined luxury. Thank you to the entire team for another unforgettable experience. We look forward to returning again in the future.

    We stayed in the largest room type available, which was spacious and well-designed for a family. However, it was a bit disappointing that the biggest and most premium family room is not located beachfront. The location is quite good, right in the heart of Khao Lak. Although the resort is technically beachfront, there is no sandy beach for swimming, which may not suit guests looking for direct sea access. The resort itself is very quiet, private, and relaxing - perfect for a peaceful getaway. All front desk staff were friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. A special mention to the lovely Filipina staff at the restaurant - she greeted us warmly every morning with a genuine smile, making breakfast a very pleasant experience. Breakfast is included in the room rate and can be enjoyed until 2 PM, which is a great and unique offering as we haven’t experienced this elsewhere. However, it is limited to one visit per person, and it would be helpful if this was clearly communicated to avoid confusion. One suggestion for improvement: considering the relatively high room rates and the resort’s location, transportation can be inconvenient without a rental car. It would be a great addition if the resort could provide a shuttle service to key areas in Khao Lak, such as Bang Niang Market. Overall, a beautiful and relaxing stay with excellent service - just a few small touches could make it perfect.

    We spent 3 nights here and loved it. We had a duplex pool villa which was really nice. The food in the restaurant was excellent and the staff were really friendly and efficient. I loved that you could have breakfast until 2pm!! Finally a hotel that understands its guests! Who wants to get up early when you are on holiday. They even prepared breakfast boxes when we went on a trip to the Similan Islands. Would defo recommend

    overly expensive for the service. 175€ for a room when you can get this type of service for half the price in thailand. Basic pad krapao for 450THB first in life! Every service has a double price compare to what you can have in thailand. Few facilities (sauna / onsen is extra!!). Would not recommend it.
