    My family did a road trip and after 6 hours of driving we stopped for the night in Chumphon before continuing on early the next morning. We chose this place because of the location of the room in relation to the pool. Upon first entering the room it seemed and smelled like it had been locked for weeks with no fresh air circulation. My family immediately changed and went to the pool which the kids enjoyed. My eldest was the first one out of the pool and went back to the room to shower and change for the night. He returned to the pool to report that there was an insect ‘infestation’. We thought this was an exaggeration. But when we got back to the room we realized it was an accurate description. We found ants, roaches, and other insects crawling in the room and bathroom. The condition of the bathrooms were certainly not inviting, and the smells from the sink and shower suggested poor maintenance. This was a one-night stop for us so the expectations weren’t high - basic cleanliness and upkeep would have been fine - but we did not anticipate the extremely poor conditions we encountered.

    Accommodation in cabins with parking right next to the cabin. The fenced terrace was completely unmaintained. The bathroom had a bathtub, but it took us a day to get rid of the cockroaches in the cabin. On a positive note, the swimming pool was clean.

    I got promotion to discount the cheapest room. There was no picture informed how the room would be. It's acceptable for overall, but at least it should be more clean than this. In conclusion, okay.
