    The location of this hotel is good, but access is very inconvenient as vehicles cannot enter directly, so you have to walk to the hotel. The Economy Rooms are below standard and lack basic comfort. I later moved to a Deluxe Room, which was better, but cleanliness was still not satisfactory. The most disappointing experience was when the air-conditioner cover suddenly fell and hit my head while I was sitting on a chair in the room. This raised serious concerns about maintenance and guest safety. Overall, despite the good location, the poor room quality, cleanliness issues, and safety incident made my stay unpleasant. I would not recommend this hotel.

    We had a generally pleasant stay at this hotel. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the staff who assisted us with our luggage were incredibly helpful, especially since our bags were quite heavy. We also appreciated the complimentary bottled water and coffee provided every morning—it was a nice touch. Unfortunately, our experience was affected by an issue with the bathroom. Our toilet became clogged, and when we reported it, one of the managers responded by saying it was "impossible" for it to be clogged, which came across as if they were implying it was our fault. We found this disappointing, as we were simply reporting the problem so it could be fixed. During our stay, we also noticed some housekeeping concerns. One day after returning from our itinerary, we found hair in the toilet, and it appeared that dirt from cleaning the shower had been flushed into the toilet by housekeeping. This made us feel that the clogging issue may not have been caused by us after all. In addition, the bed linens and pillowcases were not changed daily, which may be something future guests should be aware of.
