    Low quality facility of resort maintaining but clean room in main building. Swimming pool is dirty every day by flowers from the trees. But its cleaned every day in the morning. We had nice time. Once premium resort but now because of lack of maintainance in bad shape. Overall stuff is friendly and helpfull. Clean and they are trying to keep it clean. But overall its overpriced.

    The only advantage of this hotel is its proximity to the beach. However, the hazard of navigating several dogs running around on the beach, and sometimes in the hotel grounds, negates this advantage. Otherwise, the hotel is poor and shabby. Everything is dilapidated and falling apart and in very poor condition. I was supposed to stay for two nights and after just over two hours I decided to change hotels because my room was so shabby. The staff were perfectly pleasant but they could probably improve their customer service. The reception is not manned all the time. I don't want to be too harsh, because I don't want to undermine their business, but I would say this is worth £15 a night and not the £45 or so that I paid. If the owners or management just invested in improving the furnishings and condition of the rooms, tidying up the pool, smartening up the reception area, and ideally managing the dogs better, then it would have the potential to be a charming place to stay. But right now it's grotty, shabby and severely run-down.

    Pictures make it look like a nicer place than it was. The bungalows were so run down, dirty and uninviting. Air con stopped working because it was overheating every 5 minutes, bathroom smelt like rotten eggs and the fridge didn’t work either. Couldn’t have the curtains open because you were overlooked by everyone else so was a very dark and unpleasant place to stay. Sun loungers around the pool had seen much better days. Pool itself was full of debris from overhanging trees and flowers. Sun loungers on the beach were so uncomfortable as no padded layer on them. Got absolutely eaten alive by mosquitoes here the minute the sun started to set. A bit of a walk from the hussle and bussle of Koh Tao itself if you wanted to go out for food etc.
