    We have been there with family, stayed in a pool villa and a sea view villa. The locations is quiet with a nice, small beach. A big complain is that the waste water from villas ... goes right beside the sea restaurant in the sea (and it's only a small beach). The villas are comfortable and clean. Only there must be a mosquito net for the bathroom (open outside stile) for a 5star hotel ! Threre are normally 3 restaurants, one is out of order and between the main restaurant up and on the sea you have to change on the days. So it isn't in this way 5star, if you only have one opportunity a day. the prices are higher, but ok. The breakfast was good and everybody will find some ... All staff are very friendly , only they don't really there own menu (on laptop ). The spa and pool is perfect. The booked transfer was well too.

    I’ve stayed here 5 times. Since it first opened. It’s a gorgeous hotel. Although definitely check the prices as it can be too expensive at certain times of year. But you can get a nice room for around £***or less if you book in advance or choose the right season. The prices can change daily too. So keep an eye on it. It really is heavenly. Probably my favourite hotel in the world. Unfortunately it’s becoming more popular now. I remember being one of the first visitors and there were hardly any guests!

    Value for money. But i faced difficulties with check in staffs particularly ground manager for check in. I had two nights booking there with two different room categories. I had to pack up my belongings and report to check out office by 11 am and was given with new room after four hours of waiting at 3 pm on the same day despite my request to minimize the waiting time for another room in the same hotel. Sadly to say, another awkward thing i had to encounter while check out on the final day. As responsible travelers, we always try to remain sincere about use of property, loss and damage of property, less use /saving water unless required etc. Once we did check out and reported to check out staffs , one of them politely asked me that they are not finding one pool towel. We felt little uncomfortable but assured them to re-check the room again by their room service. Later, after re-check, he replied me that they found it in the room but did not even say sorry for their mistake. Once i reported this incident to the sitting manager there in the same room, to my utter dismay, she did not pay much attention on it. Instead, she replied me that it can always happen. She was so uncourteous and mannerless that, i think, she did not have much education and professionalism to say sorry for their mistakes and embarrassing their innocent clients. The hotel was good in other aspects but their ground managers are good enough to pull down it's image and ranking.
