We had a truly wonderful stay at Ozone Cave. The hotel is beautiful, peaceful, and surrounded by nature, but what made our experience especially memorable was the outstanding service. Banana was absolutely amazing - warm, caring, attentive, and always available to help with anything we needed. She and her wonderful team went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, organized transportation for us, answered every question, and made us feel genuinely cared for throughout our stay. A huge thank you to Banana and her entire team for their kindness and their dedication. We highly recommend Ozone Cave and would be very happy to return!

The staff is absolutely the most hospitable and caring group of individuals that we have ever encountered in our travels. The room, pool and facilities are great and Banana and the team make it special and memorable - and really fun to be there! Don’t worry about the 5 min walking distance from the beach - the location is great and they help out with beach chairs as needed. They also helped with baby chair and anything else we asked about.

Are you kidding me? Best hotel and team ever!

The rooms are very nice and modern. The windows are large and nice view into the rocks. I think the hotel is quite new, therefore not everything around is completely constructed, but still it looked very cool. The staff was super friendly and helpful. They transported our luggage to the next hotel so that we don’t had to carry it with our scooters. It’s a short walk to the beach. The bathroom was super clean and the bed was very comfortable. And the mini bar is free.

For the record, we paid a high season price for one night in this hotel. Unfortunately, we were a bit disappointed with the value for money. Given the price, some features of the hotel and the rooms were not as we expected. First of all the walls between the rooms were very thin and therefore it was a bit noisy. The TV of the neighbouring room was next to the hat of our bathroom frame and we could understand every word of the TV through the night. Second the connection of our TV to the Internet was not working and therefore Netflix and other services were also not working (it it didn’t bother us but could be a nice gimmick). The bathroom door couldn’t be opened and closed smoothly because there was a bump on the ground. This was a bit dangerous sometimes because I had an injured leg and couldn’t open the door properly. Finally, we were very unhappy with the breakfast situation. The provided food and coffee was not good :( You can see the picture of the Egg Benedict. There is much room for improvement. I have to add that the lady from the staff was super nice and understanding❤️ She contacted the owner about our issues and she offered us a partial refund. They refunded us partially at the same day. We didn’t expect that and we’re positively surprised. Also they transported our luggage. So overall we are fine how it worked out mainly because how friendly they handled this situation.
