Very nice breakfast ( best omelette ever) with very good regional products. Great cozy community lounge with 24h access to tea making facilities and cookies as a nice touch. Our host supplied us with adapters so we could charge our devices and gave them to us as a present- thank you, Jun san🙏

Jun-sama prepared the most incredible breakfast for us to complete our 1 night stay at Pension Gooseberry. It was delicious as it was visually appealing - carefully prepared with locally sourced ingredients. The french toast was fantastic and I very much appreciated the local milk and melon I was offered.
The rooms are a little barebones as to be expected for a pension. I appreciated that this accomodation has a private, family bath one can reserved. Not a problem for me but it's good to mindful of this as to not be surprised in the future.
