We stayed here on July 22-23,2025 and the 1st thing I experienced is the you can hear the sound of any small movement and voice in another room. Even if they closed the door on the next room you can hear the sound . The 1st time I tried to used the shower in room 403 I almost got burn because the switch that control hot and cold water was set up the opposite way. I went down at the and complained at the counter and they were told me that is the only room that the switch for hot and cold was set up the opposite way. I told them you need to warn your customers otherwise they will get burn from the shower because it was set up wrong. The next day we ate breakfast at there restaurant the lady that was serving breakfast was in a very bad mood as if she doesn’t want to work.

I dont normally eat breakfast and this is the 1st time I actually had it during travels...
The location was near everything worth visiting inside the city centre..
Transportation facilities were all within walking distance..
The room needs updating but if u are you can afford a more expensive room.. go for it! I only need a comfy bed and the bidet was unexpected - 100% ❤️❤️❤️ for that!
The staff!!! They were very accommodating. They seemed genuinely interested in helping you out with queries/etc..

All in all I enjoyed my stay at the hotel very much 🥳🥳🥳

The hotel is minutes away from plaza de restauradores and tons of restaurants and shopping. The breakfast is amazing and the facilities are well kept

Situation on a hill. In slumny, rundown area off the main Liberta de road. Inner city area, not the true Principe Real district. Many renovations constructions going on around the hotel area. Not 4 star, more like 2 stars. Rooms comfortable. Air-conditioning is good. Breakfast very good. Staff very friendly makes up for run down area it's in and it's hilly. Some nice restaurants around like Honest greens and Bengaluru tandoori. Walkable to Rossio station. In general, Lisbon is scruffy and untidy city.
