    We had originally been assigned a room that was designed for two but had been converted to accommodate three guests, so it felt quite cramped with our three suitcases. We mentioned this to the reception team, and they were incredibly understanding, kind, and accommodating. They promptly moved us to a larger room, which made a huge difference and greatly improved our stay. A heartfelt thank you to the wonderful reception staff for their professionalism, friendliness, and excellent customer service. Your help was truly appreciated! Thank you again to the reception team for going above and beyond to make your stay comfortable.

    I have repeatedly reported to the hotel reception and staff about the on-going panting work on my floor. I am asthmatic and teh result of the painting work causes issues for me to breathe which resulted in me getting medication. My concerns and reports were totally disregard and i'm very dissapointed as why they don't see this as a health issue despite me highlighting several times.
