    A bit far from the touristic places but very quiet and comfortable hotel.

    Tivemos problemas no check in devido divergência de informação do site com o hotel mas eles foram compreensivos e nos ajudaram na resolução. O hotel tem estacionamento gratuito caso você esteja com carro, o café da manhã é simples mas bem servido, os quartos são ótimos quanto à limpeza e ruídos, ótimo Wi-Fi, ótimo banho e ventilação. A localização não é tão perto do centro, mas tem mercadinho e farmácia por perto e dá para chegar em todos os pontos desejados a pé, bem como no metrô, além de ser um local tranquilo mesmo estando perto de uma avenida. Apenas um ponto para a equipe da recepção que talvez não seja da mais simpática, mas nos trataram bem e, como disse no início, nos ajudaram 100% com o problema que tivemos no site. Fiquem atentos as informações do site porque eles dão opção de separar cama para quartos que o hotel não consegue e informam sobre a taxa local apenas para 1 pessoa, e ela realidade é cobrado aquele valor X o número de pessoas no quarto.

    We needed a comfortable place to stay for a night to be close to the airport for the next day's travel and close enough to restaurants for a good meal in the city. It was both of those things. I wouldn't use it as a destination hotel, but it is a good value if you're looking for the same kinds of things.

    We arrived at this hotel at around 07.00pm. There were no porters available to take our luggage into the hotel from the taxi nor to take them to our room. We were assigned a room on the 8th. floor so we had to struggle with our luggage into the elevator and when we arrived at the 8th. there was no lighting so we couldn’t see which way to go to reach our room. Fortunately, I always carry a pencil torch which enabled us to locate our room. When we left the following morning, again there were no porters available and there was a large group leading who also had to carry their own luggage. This created a blockage on the elevator as so many people were having to carry their own baggage. This hotel is located right underneath the flight path of the closely located airport which caused a constant noise. I repeat DO NOT USE THIS HOTEL
