The hotel in the outside looks good but unfortunately the facilities inside are in pretty bad shape.

This hotel was awful in every aspect of awful. Absolutely zero customer service absolutely no amenities. you have to pay for literally everything except soap and towels. Did I mention there was no customer service and no amenities or complimentary items. Hot as heck in the lobby things that are advertised that are expected to be offered they lie about they couldn't even give you a water without charging you. The beds that they pushed together that were twins it sucked they never stayed together and they would push apart you'd be sleeping in all the sudden feel you're still falling through the crack the water in the bathroom never actually got cold in case you wanted cold water the water was overly hot and you would scold yourself if you weren't careful there was no way to make any kind of coffee in the room course that should have been expected when they didn't even have water for you. The only part of this hotel that had air conditioning was literally inside your actual bedroom nowhere else there was a shared public bathroom for both men and women to have to use the same exact one you even had to pay for breakfast. I will never stay at this hotel again nor would I ever recommend it to anyone.

Can't book in until 4 pm despite pre arranged request to book in 2-3 pm Room is ok but the buildings are very run down and need decorating. Steps are quite dangerous with broken concrete and the step lights are not working at night. No kettle and nowhere to get a drink until 8 am. The pool area is dirty and shabby. The same rubbish around the pool, while we were there. the black plastic composite decking around the pool is dangerous. Not only is it split and broken in parts the are usually walked on but the temperature during the day makes it impossible to walk on - even the steps to get into the pool are unbelievably hot with the same boarding - to get into the water - which has not been cleaned for ages with tree debris and broken plastic pieces in the bottom of the pool. Even a couple of their turtles in the filthy stream area look abandoned, covered in green algae and unable to get out. Less profit taking ...and get renovating!
