    We love this hotel, from the good staff at the front desk with free biscuits and apples. The large room, the spa, the swimming pool, and the good variety of breakfast were all incredible. You'll be excited to wake up every morning for breakfast. One problem we had was that the bed frame was too noisy; every time we just sat on it, it made a lot of noise. Also, the pool was under maintenance for three nights and two days of our stay, and we thought we wouldn't be able to enjoy it until we checked out. However, they finally did their best to fix it, and we enjoyed it on our final day. All in all, our stay was almost perfect. Thank you. If we have time to go back to Krakow, we will choose this hotel again.

    The hotel in general is good and i would give it five stars if it wasn't because of the terrible buzzing humming noise i heard continuously every night staying in the 4th floor, beware if you're in one of the top floors as the general aircon etc is right above you. I complained to the staff and they admitted many clients complain about this. As someone who travels a lot two nights not being able to sleep killed my working week.

    Nothing really special to say. The parking is dreadful and the reception is unable to even open the gate. Rooms are okay but no attention to detail with multiple broken things. Tvs have no mirroring, HDMI or Netflix. Pool is mediocre at best
