This residence was pretty affordable, so I honestly went in with low expectations. But it wasn’t too bad either—it’s definitely mid. You get what you pay for. One thing I really liked was the location. Super convenient for me because it was close to the PRC office I needed to go to, plus may 7-Eleven nearby and lots of tindahan, so getting food, drinks, or basic necessities was easy. The place itself was clean enough, and the bed and pillows had fresh covers. It didn’t smell like it had been used, which I really appreciated. They also provided clean towels. There were a few things that could use fixing though—there was a broken mirror and an eerie-looking drum in the CR. BUT HEY, THEY HAD A HEATER. I LOVE THAT. They didn’t have proper utensils, so that was a bit inconvenient, and overall, the place isn’t perfect. There are definitely some minor fixer-uppers needed. BUT the staff were honestly very attentive. Yung water namin na-cut off from madaling araw hanggang umaga, but I messaged the contact person and the staff fixed it pretty quickly. So points for that! Overall, not amazing, not terrible—just very much “you get what you pay for.” But considering the affordable price, good location, nearby 7-Eleven and tindahan, clean beddings, heater, and attentive staff, I’d say it was a decent stay. ✨

Would not recommend. Pictures are outdated and room was far from expectations. The place is not maintained well. And the bathroom of the room we stayed at has a very big hole in the ceiling. No handwash and toilet papers available. No toiletries included. Just bath towels that was low quality.
