    Checking in was quite a hassle because the staff kept asking for the e-receipt, even though it may take several days to become available. I already showed my booking confirmation, but it still seemed to be an issue. Another inconvenience was the lack of Wi-Fi and mobile signal in the lobby. I had to walk away from the hotel just to get a cellular connection to get the booking confirmation and check the e-receipt. On the positive side, the room was comfortable, the air conditioning worked well, and the bed was cozy, so I was able to get the rest I needed. However, cleanliness could be improved. I found plastic bottles under the bed and hair all over the bathroom. The telephone in the room was also not working, which made it difficult to order food. Overall, if you’re traveling on a tight budget and simply need a place to rest, this hotel may be worth considering. It has the basic comforts you need, but there are definitely areas that need improvement, especially in terms of cleanliness, communication, and service. Would I recommend it? If you’re on a budget, yes, as long as you manage your expectations. Would I come back? Maybe. The comfortable bed and good air conditioning were a plus, but I hope the hotel improves its service and cleanliness for future guests.
