    Food is great but a small dirt on my bedding when I came in. L

    The staff are very accommodating, friendly, and helpful. They have the best customer service, from guard, receptionist, housekeeping and staff at Bistro cafe. However, the downside of the hotel is the facilities, outlet inside the room is very limited, we only saw 2 outlets, no hair dryer available, and smelly water (amoy kalawang). Lack of amenities was compensated and complemented by the staff great service. I will still recommended this hotel.
