    We had a pleasant stay overall at Rizal Park Hotel. The rooms were comfortable, and one thing we really appreciated was the excellent air conditioning—it kept the room cool even during the hottest parts of the day. The pool and recreational facilities were okay. The hotel’s ambiance is charming and has a classic, grand feel that reminded us of the Hong Kong Disneyland Hotel, although it could benefit from better maintenance and upkeep in some areas. There were a few downsides during our stay. Some of the elevators were out of service, which made getting around a bit inconvenient. The buffet breakfast was decent but didn’t particularly stand out, with a fairly average selection and taste. For guests with mobility concerns, the hotel may not be the best choice. We found it to be less PWD-friendly than expected, with accessibility being an area that could be improved. Overall, Rizal Park Hotel offers a pleasant atmosphere and comfortable accommodations, but a few upgrades in maintenance, accessibility, and amenities would make the experience much better.

    the design is very european even tho the building is already old. the receptionist upgraded us to a sea view room. kuddos how friendly they are.

    We extended our stay for an extra night due to bad weather and flooding in many parts of Manila, and the hotel kindly accommodated our request to remain in the same room. Our four-night stay was truly excellent. The hotel’s proximity to the meeting venue was very convenient, and the staff were exceptionally gracious throughout our stay. The pool overlooking the bay was a lovely bonus and a great place to unwind after a busy day. We were especially grateful for the staff’s assistance when my husband was not feeling well; they kindly helped prepare food for him so he could rest. I was also relieved and deeply appreciative when some precious jewelry I had misplaced was returned to me after I had already left the hotel.
