    Went there for an ASEAN meeting. Didn’t disappoint at all. Good facilities, tight security, wonderful breakfast and clean room. Kudos to the cleaner who went an extra miles to tidy up my room n fold my used cloth. Cant thank you enough for that. Highly recommended!!!

    Everything is well until our last two hours when we are trying to get more sleep (due to lack of sleep from an event we attended the previous night) we requested for 1pm late check out for the reason of extended rest and sleep prior to check out. Unhappily a housekeeper woke us up by doorbell at 11:40am to check on the minibar consumption- but there’s no minibar set up in the room.. for improvement: housekeeping dept. must have an updated record of minibar set up for their staff awareness. Front desk must furnish hskpg dept. a copy of rooms they allowed for late check out - so hskpg can timing the room check. Overall, we will still come back to Sheraton Manila Bay. Booking: Oct 8-11, 2026 Room 1019

    I stayed at Sheraton Manila Bay for 3 days and 2 nights in the Larger Guest Room. Overall, the experience was excellent, the hotel had a pleasant ambiance, and the room was clean and comfortable. I just have a small comment to share. I paid an additional fee for early check-in due to my early arrival at around 6 AM. Later, because of a change in my departure flight, I requested a late check-out of just 3 hours, but was asked to pay an extra charge again. I couldn’t help but think, a complimentary gesture like that would have been a nice touch for a guest :)
