    One of the cheapest in Roxas Boulevard. Rooms are clean and comfortable. A bit outdated. Food in the restaurants are good.

    Rooms look old and run down, AC takes forever to do anything noticeable spent hours sweating waiting for it to cool the room down. Unfortunately it wasn’t just the one room because I changed rooms and that AC was just the same. Front desk was decent enough and friendly but steer clear the place is a dump.
