Try to train the staff a proper etiquette for handling guest. And no supervisor or manager around to ask to raise a complaint. I request a massage at 10:30am and reception told me they will open at 12nn so I wait. I called 11:45 to remind and reception just answer me that no one answer in the spa… it’s not my problem if no one answer .. so send someone in the spa …it’s just 20steps away to send someone to check. And I wait until 12:45pm still no one come so I came down and ask for manager or supervisor and they said no one on duty… anyhow you have a good place and nice location… just try to train your staff well and also the shower is falling down. 😩

We had such a wonderful stay at this hotel! The place is absolutely beautiful, and we stayed in a Premium King Room, which was spacious, clean, and comfortable. We also had a really nice view from our room and could see the ocean from our balcony, which made the stay even more enjoyable. We did have an issue with the water heater in our room, but the staff were incredibly accommodating and ended up upgrading us to a Deluxe Room right next to the pool. I really appreciated how quickly they handled the situation and made sure we were comfortable. It honestly says a lot about how accommodating and attentive they are to their guests. The service was great throughout our stay. You can call the front desk directly from your room, and they answer right away. You can also request to have your room cleaned whenever you need it, which was really convenient. The staff are all so friendly and bubbly too. Every time you pass someone, they greet you with a smile, which makes the whole place feel very welcoming. The breakfast buffet was also really good, with lots of different options to choose from, so there was something for everyone. The location is another plus because it’s right in the town proper, so most restaurants and souvenir shops are within walking distance. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a beautiful, clean, comfortable, and welcoming place to stay!
