We were basically the only people here so it was a little quiet, but the service & amenities were great. Its a pity the weather was so terrible as we couldnt enjoy the pool or beach as we had wanted, but the room was great to bunker down in to sit the few days of rain/wind out. Close to everything & easily walkable to the El Nido main beach area. Nice & peaceful place to stay.

As the title says, my feelings were mixed on this one. First the good 👍 1. The location is beautiful! It is perfectly situated to take in the amazing sunsets and evening star gazing. 2. The staff is incredibly friendly. Anything you need, they are eager to go out of their way for you with a huge smile on their face. On our last day my fiance asked for buko and the server literally climbed a tree to pick a coconut for her. 3. Great location, easy access by tuk tuk to anywhere worth visiting in El Nido. Now the bad 1. The wifi inside the rooms is horrible. We had to stand in one certain area just to get 1 bar and even then, it barely worked. Maybe this is fine if you are here to get away from the rest of the world but I still work when I travel and it made my stay here very difficult. 2. The rooms are infested with pests. Within the first day of our stay our room was overrun with ants. The staff was kind enough to relocate us to a different room which unfortunately had cockroaches. We just decided to live with it. 3. Crazy markups on tours. We learned quickly that any activity booked at the hotel will have an absurd 500 peso mark up. You can literally walk next door and book the exact same tour for 500 peso less. 4. Food prices at the resort are in line with the neighboring high end restaurants but the food quality is far subpar and does not come anywhere near close to justifying the prices they were charging. While I did enjoy our stay at Ora Beach resort, I would definitely try a different hotel if I visit again.

Hotel is in a great location but lacking amenities. Internet was not working the whole time we were in the hotel. Also, no TV channels for the kids to watch. You cannot catch up with work and kids would just get bored being in the hotel. We had to ask one of the staff to use his hot spot to confirm our flight out. Only plus side are the front desk staff were very helpful.

Stayed at Ora last June 2026. Overall the resort was good - friendly staff, okay room, but few things to improve on is to improve on having consistent water and there are too many ants inside the room. Wasnt able to explore other facilities. Resort location is good a few minutes away from the town and from Vanilla beach. To add on, our room is supposed to have a sea view but it isnt just visible from the balcony due to the trees.
