    Location is not central. I booked a solo room with own bathroom but I was given a room with no bathroom. Reception - not 24 hours

    The place offers excellent value with clean rooms and friendly staff who ensure good housekeeping and reliable hot water. Facilities are solid, great location and no need for transportation, although it has convenient transport options nearby. The view could be better and the WiFi connection was really disappointing.

    Reasonable price, heater is working, have our own coffee table, but the Wifi is not really working at that cabin. They reminded us a few times regarding the road construction, good to alert us upfront. Parking is indeed limited due to the construction, but still manage to work it out. The rest 👍🏻

    Pretty cheap accomodation in Queenstown, however, you get what you pay for. Everything from the rooms to the kitchen was so old. Like even the appliances and furniture were old. Staff were polite but I wouldnt say welcoming or nice. They basically did their jobs and just ignored you unless you have questions. Pretty decent location, not too far from the main town centre. Would I come back again? Not too sure.
