The place is strategically located in the sense that it is close to everything. There are several bus stops within the area and 24/7 shops for quick needs. Plus they have a hair dryer.

Place is on a good location, close to centre, we had a room with shower, which worked super, bed was comfortable and we had towels changed etc, good tea and coffee options, with washer/ dryers available to do cloths, hairdryer in bathroom too, only real issue is it's a bit run down and all needs upgrading,

I was in a room with 3 other people. The first two nights were extremely bad since two of my roommates came in drunk, slammed doors and kept the side door and window open all throughout the night and early morning. I reported this to the receiptionist and was told the they had been warned before but the owner has not done anything about it. On the third night, the two guys decided to party once again but this time they brought in a girl and were having sex with her while we were in the room. Once again, I complained to the receiptionist and she relayed the message to the owner. Finally, I got a chance to meet with the owner onsite and she refunded me one day's rent. This was not acceptable to me since I had not slept for 3 nights. However, she refused to give me a refund for 3 nights. The hostel is being run like a slumlord. There isn't a 24/7 onsite manager to over see the happenings of the hostel. They finally changed my room on the 4th night; however, a group of 9 decided to party. SINCE NO MGT ON SITE I TOOK IT UPON MYSELF TO ASK THEY TO LEAVE SINCE IT WAS AFTER 10 pm.
