    We stayed here during a public holiday weekend when accommodation options were limited. The location was convenient, check in and check out were straightforward, parking was available, there were plenty of towels, and all appliances worked as expected. The unit was also spacious enough for our family and the hot water supply was reliable. The main downside is that the property feels quite dated and appears to have received very little maintenance over the years. Signs of wear and deterioration are visible throughout the building. There is little to no insulation, and cold air and wind came through the windows. We actually had to use a towel to block a noticeable draft from one of the windows. The room where our child slept was particularly cold. Staff eventually provided an additional heater, which helped, although this required some discussion first. Overall, the motel was functional and met our basic needs, but it feels like stepping back into the 1980s. If you are looking for an affordable place in a convenient location, it does the job. However, better maintenance, insulation and refurbishment would significantly improve the guest experience.
