    As the room has no aircon, so the room is stuffy with a small fan. The location also not near to any eatery place.

    Great accommodation in Queenstown with an excellent location.The room was comfortable, clean, and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Everything was conveniently located nearby, making it easy to explore the area. We would happily stay here again and recommend it to others.

    We stayed here for two nights, but from the very beginning, we were only provided with half a roll of toilet paper. We expected housekeeping to at least restock it on the second day, but to no avail. To make matters worse, one of the lights in our room was broken. When we reported this, the receptionist was incredibly dismissive. She reluctantly came to our room to check it, only to give us a ridiculous response: ‘We can’t do anything right now, but you can still see things, right?’ She promised a handyman would fix it the next day. Guess what? When we came back on the second night, the light still didn't work, and we received absolutely no update or notice from the staff. Avoid this place if you expect basic service.
