    We love staying in Sudima hotel whenever we are in Rotorua. The staff always gives us a warm welcome, especially Matthew at the front desk. Location is perfect, it’s so close to the Polynesian Spa and Rotorua city centre. Love the view of the lake from our room. They have ample parking spaces, clean rooms, comfortable bed, good facilities, and great buffet breakfast. They also have a secure storage for mountain bikes. It was rainy during our stay and we didn’t want to go out as much so we watched Netflix and PrimeVideo instead. We couldn’t access it initially but the staff were quick to fix it. Very impressive. A pleasant and relaxing stay, as always.

    It takes alot for me to leave a negative review, but the rooms are majorly dated, and bed was not good. The staff and main communal areas are great. Some money needs to be spent on bringing the rest of the hotel up to spec.

    The air conditioning was not working and made the room very stuffy, I reported the aircon to the desk but it seemed like they wern't interested. Lots of Hotels to choose from in Rotorua
