I had been here for 7 days. The room is so dirty and not within expectation as shown in Agoda’s page. NOT RECOMMENDED.

Worst Accomodation we have had in 3 months worth of travelling. The room advertises WiFi. We do not have SIM card access so we rely on WiFi services. It does not have WiFi anywhere in the building. The room does not come with an option to message the manager via the Agoda app. I was offered an email address to discuss the mis information and the response I received was that my booking was not on their system so there was nothing they could do. This suggests the contact details are fake and that it does NOT come under the OYO service as advertised. We had no means of communicating our issues. There was no toilet roll. There is a window with no cover right next to the shower. We had a fan room which would normally be acceptable to us. Unfortunately because of the building design and structure this meant the room was far too hot and we struggled to sleep as a result. The only saving grace was the bed was somewhat comfortable and it was a 5 minute walk to the metro. We would not have stayed any longer than the 2 nights. Had we needed longer in the city we would have booked elsewhere. This property should not be on the Agoda due to the false advertising.
