location is good which is walking distance to Monorail/LRT station Titiwangsa. Easy to get public parking at night. Clean and comfortable room with working air cond and TV. With cold and hot water dispenser at every floor. The only downside is no elevator.

front desk staff was polite enough until a certain extent. we were not able to check in after 3pm and was told to wait until the room has been cleaned. we waited for about 30min only to be greeted with a half decent room. shower water pressure is so slow, no toilet paper provided, floor towel was not provided, bed sheet with stains and strands of long hair. we were staying for 3 nights and was told not able to have towel change unless staying more than 3 nights. what a ridiculous answer from the front desk staff!
