    Pros: 1. Strategic location — nearby Masjid Jamek, Pasar Seni, and Pudu. 2. Spacious room. 3. Strong Wi-Fi connection. 4. Drinking water dispenser provided. 5. Basement parking is available. However, please validate the flat rate of RM10, as there are RM6-per-entry signages that can be misleading. The parking area is also guarded 24/7. Cons: 1. Unprofessional and unfriendly staff. They barely bothered to greet or even smile. I was given twin beds instead of the requested queen bed. My request for housekeeping was also initially rejected, with the reason given as “full house.” Luckily, I placed the “Make Up Room” signage on the doorknob, and the housekeeper noticed it and eventually did the housekeeping. Honestly, did they really think the hotel belonged to them? Even if the hotel was fully booked, that is no excuse for such an attitude towards guests. 2. Towel provided had a hole in it. Kindly throw it away. It is embarrassing to present such a towel to customers. 3. TV had no available channels. Better to remove it if it is not functioning properly. 4. Poor soundproofing. We could clearly hear conversations from the next room, which was very disturbing, especially at night and early morning.

    My overall experience was okay, but I was really disappointed by the attitude of one of the staff members, a Malay guy. I saw him being very rude to foreign guests. They were simply asking questions, yet he kept cursing and speaking to them disrespectfully. I felt really bad for them. Staff should treat every guest with respect, regardless of where they come from. Behavior like this creates a negative impression of Malaysian hospitality. Unfortunately, because of this experience, I won’t be returning. The staff member came across as rude and arrogant, as if he owned the hotel.
