Booked this for KLSCM 2026 and the location was very convenient, especially with Dataran Merdeka within walking distance. It’s also right next to Chinatown, Central Market, and surrounded by plenty of cafés, restaurants and shops. The front desk staff were friendly. The room was small but fine for a non-claustrophobic person, with comfortable pillows and good towels. The air-conditioning was cold and the hot water worked well. Overall, a good option for a one-night stay, especially if you need to be around the city centre.

I contacted them regarding several issues with my room, but received no replies to most of my messages. The issues included: • Cigarette smoke: The room smelled heavily of smoke, even though I had requested a non-smoking room. They did nothing about my request to change rooms. • A broken side table lamp with protruding wires. • A broken kettle: This was finally addressed, but only on my very last night, so it took them a long time to respond.

i stayed at enclave for the klscm 2026 weekend. location was great. close to the starting line. the hotel is not sound proof so you can hear the horrible traffic outside..the never ending honking and all. 1st night, someone tried to get into my room and i had a prank call on my room phone. that part was scary but then again, there is only so much the hotel can do..for this part, i blame unruly hotel guests. petaling street is right at the corner and pasar seni was only a stone throw away. other than the creepy room invasion attempt, it was a comfortable stay.
