L’appartamento era molto pulito e accogliente, curato in ogni dettaglio. La colazione era abbondante e davvero apprezzata. I proprietari sono persone gentilissime, sempre disponibili e attenti alle esigenze degli ospiti. Un soggiorno piacevole, lo consiglio.

Tout était parfait. Angela notre hôte était disponible et réactive du début à la fin du séjour. Petit déjeuner copieux et riche.
L'emplacement est un peu eloigné de la ville mais il y a un bus qui s'arrête juste devant la maison et le trajet n'est que de 15 à 20 mns

If you are going to conference in Savoia Hotel Regency (when you can't find a room in this hotel), then this B&B is perfect to stay. The location and distance between this two hotels are less than 5 minutes. Also, the place are quite and well maintained. If you are without car, then I do not know how to get to the city center of Bologna...
I had a problem of the receipt, which I had to get from owner, was a bit complicated. At the beginning payment was automatically charged from Booking.com. Then, when I arrived to B&B, the owner gave me a paper version of receipt, around 20 euro was less than in total payment. I understood this mistake on the following day and requested the reason of this surprise. The reply was that this 20 euro for cleaning and they can't show on my normal payment which was done automatically. So, how on earth you can prove this payment to your manager? Logically, it was very strange, then I receipt this 20 euro separately after 2 days later. So, be ATTENTIVE when you are receiving a payment data. In sum, the place was nice, except this weird situation.
