Very bad experience for the price that was charged.

The room itself was quite nice.

The bathroom is a complete no go, such a small bathroom, the shower is impossible to use, so small, the curtain is literally sticking to you, because there is barely any space between shower curtain and the wall. In the kitchen there are barely any utensils, there is nothing to cook with in terms of even simple things such as pepper, not even a basic tea was available, everything is completely empty.

Rather disappointing.

The area is nice with a little courtyard with flowers.

The apartment is very small for this price! After booking a very expensive cleaning fee was added making the apartment even more pricey. Communication with the host was a disaster. He kept texting me different numbers for the check-in (supposedly of different cleaning ladies?) and was rather rude. The bathroom is tiny and the shower almost unusable due to the size even for small and skinny people! There was no coffee machine although it was stated. All in all disappointing.

1. Nice and quiet neighborhood. 2. Good contact with the host. 3. Our plain was deleyed and the host waited for us in the apartment next two hour, which was very nice. 4. Two big grocery stores around. 5. Good access by train to the center of Bologna.

1. This is an apartment for max 2 people not 3 like in our case. The third person had to sleep on a camp-bed where while using it, one board in the frame was constantly falling out. The bed was placed between the double-bed and the bathroom which caused that we had difficulties to move easily around the room. It was really inconvenient. 2. Smell from the toilet, mainly at nights, was hard to bear, specially for person who slept just next to the bathroom and during using it. 3. In bathroom there is only one hanger for towels and it was all covered with spiders web. We had six towels, two for each person, and were forced to hang them on closet hangers. 4. Dirty pots covered by an old and dry rests of meals. 5. The price seems to be to high for a such standard.

The other host doesn’t speak English or italian. The place was dirty. Location is not very good and the apartment does not have air conditioning.

It is an excellent appartment for 2 of 3 persons, the bus stop is very near and the neighbourhood very quiet. 10 minutes from the center with bus, but it has restaurants and shops around for whatever you need. The place is better than it looks in the photos! The owner is a very gentle person and he was helping us immediately in everything. Thank you for the hospitality!

L’appartement est très bien situé et il a les équipements nécessaires pour un bon séjour. Carlo a pensé à tout. Il est même tellement sympathique qu’il est venu nous chercher et nous a ramené à l’appartement. Nous recommandons.

Totalmente da ristrutturare, palazzina brutta scomoda con scale ripide e strette

ottima posizione molto centrale

Negativo al massimo. Piccolo appartamento situato all'ultimo piano di una palazzina di edilizia popolare del 800 , scala scomodissima due rampe altissime pari a un quarto piano moderno e manca l'ascensore . Nel palazzo e nell'appartamento c'è un tanfo continuo di cibo muffa che non so ben definirlo . Le pulizie sono solo in apparenza sotto il letto dietro i mobili e sulle mensole c'è molta polvere . Le lenzuola erano macchiate soprattutto quello di sotto era logora vecchia e macchiata abbiamo dovuto comprare un paio di nuove in un centro commerciale non riuscivamo proprio a dormirci sopra . il letto era discreto il bagno piccolo ma funzionale ma cosa assurda la finestra del bagno dava all'interno della stanza da letto . Vi lascio immaginare che quando si facevano i bisogni si dovevano aprire le finestre della stanza da letto e ingresso . Rifinito in modo dozzinale il bagno è stato piastrellato con tre tipi di mattonelle c'è un lavandino piccolissimo e montato basso anche per un bambino la porta della cabina doccia è stata sostituita con una poco igienica tenda . Poi per una casa così piccola ci sono tanti mobili inutili e poco puliti e nemmeno ben fissati al muro. La cucina e completa e attrezza ma emana una puzza di grasso soprattutto il forno e completamente unto all'interno , A noi non c'è proprio parso igienico cucinare e abbiamo optato per cenare fuori . La macchina del caffè è fotografata ma non c'è . Le foto inducono a credere che sia un posto accogliente ma in realtà non viene ritinteggiato da anni . il Proprietario è disponibile e cordiale . il prezzo è basso ma anche l'appartamento in locazione è di bassa qualità . La posizione è ottimale quasi in centro e ben servita e tranquilla si trova un po' di difficoltà per il parcheggio ma non è introvabile. La porta d'ingresso non si chiude a chiave dall'interno ed è montata male ,fa entrare un mare di spifferi .

Soggiorno a Bologna

La posizione dell' appartamento è vicina alla fermata della linea 14 che ci ha portato a visitare il centro,inoltre c'è un ristorante/pizzeria dove si mangia bene.

L' appartamento per brevi soggiorni va' bene , visto anche il prezzo ma a mio parere, andrebbe curato di più sia esteticamente e per quanto riguarda la pulizia. Il signore della casa ben disponibile nel dare consigli.
