    Riviera Suites Melaka is a really nice hotel with a lovely fragrance, spacious rooms, super cold A/C, and friendly staff. Checking in was fast, and the parking is sufficient. However, the breakfast was horrible,the hotel either needs to hire a new chef or stop serving breakfast altogether.

    I like the nostalgic photos and antiques. Peaceful area just minutes away by car from Melaka central. A small indoor swimming pool but enough for the kids to enjoy. Wife likes the spacious room with balcony facing Melaka city skyline. Breakfast is okay with minimal spread. Breakfast buffet menu: Salad and coleslaw with chili sauce, mayo and spicy mayo Banana cake, agar-agar, watermelon slice, orange slice, porridge with lobak asin, anchovies, ground nuts. Yellow noodle or rice vermicelli with soup. Nasi lemak and sambal. French toast, baked beens, roasted potatoes, black chicken, fried noodles. Coco crunch and cornflakes with milk. Orange cordial, plain water, coffee and tea with sugar and creamer. Sliced bread with toaster, margarine, strawberry jam and kaya spread. Egg station with choice of sunny or basic omelette. Right now it's on promo so for us its a good deal. We also tried the damascus shawarma downstairs which was really good and value for money. Ample parking. A good and affordable quick getaway from KL with family of 2 adults and 2 kids.

    Good hotel Location is isolated in pulau Melaka No access to F&B - need a drive to town Breakfast is ok but not great with limited seatings When I came there's a foreign tourist group by bus swarmed the Cafe early. Food nonetheless is tasty especially the sambal nasi lemak is kicking.
