    We book hotel for couple.The hotel towel after we use the dust coming out from it. And sticks on our body. NO WIFI Connection even after get the password. Bad smell all the way on walkway to room. Power point PLUG ONLY have one. Toothbrush not enough for 2. They provide 1 set only. Toilet Shower handle below the body. They placed too low. NOT RECOMMENDED.

    i booked a deluxe family room, as you can see the room has window, 2 chairs and much bigger space, but as you can see what i got, i got room with no windows, no chairs and it was so cramped there, i asked the staff why didnt i get the room that i booked and she simply said we need to put remark when booking if we want room with window like what kind of policy is that? shouldnt i get what i booked? lol
