    I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel due to the poor service and lack of basic facilities. When I first arrived, the room assigned to me was not ready, and someone was still carrying out maintenance work. I had to go back to the hotel lobby and inform the front desk before they finally arranged another room for me. The TV in the room had no remote control and was completely unusable. I informed the front desk twice, and both times I was told that someone would bring me a remote control. However, I never received one, even by the time I checked out. Furthermore, the hotel did not provide basic dining utensils. When I ordered takeaway food and requested a spoon and fork from the front desk so I could eat, the staff told me that these items were not provided by the hotel. I believe these are basic services and facilities that any hotel should be able to provide. Unfortunately, the hotel failed to meet even these basic expectations. Overall, the service was disappointing, and I hope the management will take these issues seriously and make improvements.
