    Very disappointing stay. The bathroom door in the room was extremely old, and there was an unpleasant smell throughout the room. The worst part was the air conditioning — it was not cold at all. Even when set to 16°C, it felt more like 26°C. It was very uncomfortable, especially in the hot weather. I understand this is a budget hotel, but basic facilities should still be properly maintained. At the very least, the air conditioner should be serviced regularly. A working air conditioner is a basic expectation, regardless of the room rate. Overall, the room condition and maintenance were very poor.
