    I've been book several times trough online apps and I'm did not pay any single deposit at any hotels since I used to stay hotel related my job but this natura hotel the new joined staff all making me stress with this matters. If you guys have new law or rules to your hotel , pls mentioned that need to pay deposit at counter while check in ... Don't disappoint other people bcs of your rules !! We are supporting you guys don't disappoint us !! I've been stay 5 star hotels as well has been booking trough online also but whenever I go check in they all are very friendly to me and did not asking for any money ..

    We had a pleasant stay at Natura Hotel. The room was comfortable and clean, and the bathroom was also well-maintained. The room was equipped with the necessary amenities, which made our stay convenient. Parking is available in front of the hotel. perhaps there is CCTV surveillance for security. The staff were also friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, we had a comfortable and pleasant experience at Natura Hotel and would be happy to stay here again. 😊
