    This hotel need a lot a lot things to look into by the management. Especially the toilet is super dirty with black mold including room walls.Asked cleaner to wash the outcome still the same . Eventough this is 3 star hotel we didnt expect much things to be exclusive at least toilet area must be clean for travellers.

    The front desk staff like not interested in doing their job. they were on their phone messaging. On arrival the girl was like hiding behind the counter. At first impression i thought there was no one around. They didnt look up to greet me. I was about an hour before 2pm check in time, so i ask if I can register first and a cold answer was no, room not ready. So I waited at the lobby and after about 45min later, i ask again, and the answer was no. At 2 pm i ask if my room ready, she took a folder and search for my reservation. I had to ask where is the lift, did my reservation comes with BF and even where the dining area. I am a solo traveller exploring the hidden gems of Malaysia on my bike and I have have stayed in many budget hotel. Never have I encounter such indifferent staff. I have even housekeeping staff greet my along the hallways but never front line staff show such care less attitude. Sorry Aloha hotel, if i can give zero star, i would.
