    Saya menginap selama 4 hari 3 malam di OYO ini. Secara keseluruhan, keadaan bilik okay dan sesuai dengan harga bajet. Namun, terdapat beberapa perkara yang sangat mengecewakan sepanjang penginapan saya. Pertama, tandas kerap tersumbat dan perkara ini sepatutnya diberi perhatian oleh pihak pengurusan. Kedua, saya sudah meminta supaya bilik dikemas, tetapi apabila pulang semula ke bilik, bilik masih tidak dikemas. Perkara ini memang mengecewakan kerana pelanggan sudah membuat permintaan dengan baik. Ketiga, saya ada meminta selimut dan bantal tambahan. Saya siap bertanya kepada staf sama ada perlu membuat bayaran tambahan kerana saya tidak kisah untuk membayar. Namun, staf memaklumkan bahawa bayaran tidak diperlukan dan meminta saya kembali ke bilik sementara mereka menghantarnya. Saya menunggu lama, tetapi selimut dan bantal tersebut langsung tidak dihantar. Saya faham ini hotel bajet, tetapi harga bajet bukan alasan untuk mengabaikan permintaan pelanggan. Jika staf sudah berjanji untuk menghantar sesuatu, tunaikanlah janji tersebut. Tolong tingkatkan mutu perkhidmatan, komunikasi antara staf dan kebersihan bilik supaya pelanggan mendapat pengalaman penginapan yang lebih baik. Saya berharap pihak pengurusan mengambil serius maklum balas ini dan membuat penambahbaikan pada masa akan datang.

    Since early of 2026, i travel to Tawau monthly for business trip. I stayed at Astana Hotel about 5 to 6 times every month including this time. U knew what? Every room every where all time full with Cockroach families and variety of Ants families. Complaint everytime and change room for me, but still the same issue. Well, bcos of reasonable price, then i excuse and excuse to suit myself with all those Cockroach and Ants. But this time i really cant stand anymore and decided to leave a very bad review here with honestly. What a really very bad bad bad experience at Astana Hotel. Really stupid me can stay at this hotel more than 5 times😂
