    This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in my life!! I arrived the hotel at 1245pm on 21st Aug. And was told that hotel not yet ready, thus to wait till 2pm. I came back at 120pm and was told the hotel was ready and can check in. Prior to that, I used the toilet at ground floor near the reception. But it didnt have soap or tissue paper. Had to go to the women's toilet to get them. Luckily there is no patron using then! I managed to enter room by 145pm. The room was clean and good hygiene. However, the kettle still contained old water with smell. I had to self clean and changed it. Room is nearby lift, quite noisy at night but tolerable. On 22nd morning, I told the counter staff to make room keeping. She noted. But when I returned at 530opm the room was not made up yet! I had to call the counter and asked for an immediate change! The house keeping came within 10 minutes. Then told me that there is no more packet coffee. So Unable to give me! I was surprised and immediately called the counter. They gave me 2 packs after 20 minutes. Overall,, pooor hospitality and cleanliness and hygiene. This place is nearby industrial park and alot of immigrants (Bangladeshi/ Nepalese) so please becareful when go out at night, especially women.

    Overall near to Educity as i was visiting for an event. Toilet not that clean and TV cannot be use as connection is failed due to poor internet line.
