This is the first time I have ever had to leave such a disappointing review for a hotel. First of all, I booked a Superior Room with a queen-size bed, but the hotel gave me a room with twin beds instead, claiming that no rooms were available. Fine, I understand that things can happen, but at the very least, the hotel should have informed me about this when I checked in. Secondly, the TV had no channels and displayed a “No Signal” message. When I called the staff, they blamed the heavy rain for the TV signal problem. However, even after the rain stopped, there were still no channels available. It is disappointing that even budget hotels can provide working TV channels, yet this hotel could not. Thirdly, there was no hot water in the shower. The water pressure was good, but the water was not hot at all. Please take these issues seriously and carry out proper, long-lasting repairs instead of temporary fixes. Guests deserve the facilities they were promised and a comfortable stay. I hope the hotel management will take action to improve these issues for future guests.
