    Katil bilik memang selesa, tetapi saya sangat kecewa dengan perkhidmatan hotel ini. Pihak kaunter penerimaan tetamu langsung tidak memaklumkan kepada tetamu bahawa hotel sedang menjalani kerja-kerja pengubahsuaian. Bunyi bising yang berterusan memang sangat menyakitkan hati! Lebih mengecewakan, saya langsung tidak diberikan sebarang diskaun walaupun terpaksa menanggung kesulitan ini. Saya datang ke hotel untuk berehat dan mendapatkan tidur yang cukup, tetapi malangnya, saya langsung tidak dapat berehat dengan selesa. Pada hari pertama, saya mendaftar masuk pada pukul 6 petang, tetapi bunyi bising daripada kerja-kerja menggerudi dinding masih kedengaran. Keesokan harinya pula, seawal pukul 8 pagi, bunyi gerudi sudah bermula. Memang sangat menjengkelkan dan membuatkan saya berasa geram! Saya membayar untuk penginapan hotel dengan harapan dapat menikmati suasana yang selesa dan tenang, tetapi sebaliknya, saya tidak mendapat rehat yang mencukupi dan tidak dapat tidur dengan lena. Pihak hotel sepatutnya memaklumkan kepada tetamu lebih awal tentang kerja-kerja pengubahsuaian yang sedang dijalankan serta mempertimbangkan pemberian diskaun atau pampasan atas kesulitan yang dialami. Pengalaman yang sangat mengecewakan!
