    We had a pleasant stay overall. The room was very clean, and housekeeping did a great job maintaining it. Although the hotel is a bit old and the room furnishings are showing their age, everything was well kept and comfortable. The location is convenient, and the staff were friendly and helpful. If the rooms were renovated, the experience would be even better. Overall, it's a good choice for a stay in Melaka.

    The major issues encountered upon my arrival include: 1)​Foul Odor and Severe Lack of Cleanliness: The moment I stepped into Room 0815, there was a noticeable, unpleasant smell. Furthermore, the hygiene was appalling—there was a significant amount of hair left all over the floor, and the bathroom floor was visibly sticky and dirty. 2)​Inefficient Check-In Process: The front desk was severely understaffed during peak hours. With only one or two staff members working, guests were subjected to an unreasonably long and exhausting wait just to check in. ​While I appreciate the staff assisting with a room change, the distress and disappointment caused by your sub-standard hygiene and service have already ruined the start of my stay. ​As a paying guest at a 5-star property, I expect a much higher standard.
