    Thank you to Raihan and Mizan, two kind receptionists at the hotel. They helped us with the entire process thoroughly and whenever we had a problem, they assisted instantly. They have been working there for 11 years, which gave us trust that they were reliable and capable. The room was beautiful, clean and the AC was cold (it was really hot outside so we appreciated the room a lot). Thank you once again and we will definitely stay again when we visit Melaka.

    Staff nama Raihan, very helpful. Thanks Raihan . Bilik besar ( duluxe family ) Aircond function . Wireless strong. Tv clear . Sebelum check in, staff dah briefing pasal bayaran parking. Download app Smart Parking Melaka siap² , topup rm10 at least. Cuma yg xbest pintu toilet xboleh rapat , nak mandi pun payah ya kena intai dgn anak² 😂 stress betul. Kena mandi tutup lampu. Small matter ni jika kita buat aduan kepada staff, maybe mereka boleh repair sekejapkan. Tak disediakan extra tilam atau blanket , atau pillow. So kena bawa sendiri. Tapi overall, happy stay situ. Recommended.
