    I choose sea view with balcony, it’s so beautiful and I enjoyed my stay there. My room also got bathtub my kids really enjoy staying here. Please stay here

    I am extremely disappointed with my stay. Unfortunately, almost none of my requests were fulfilled, and I was given the exact opposite of what I had requested. I specifically requested a lower floor, but was given a room on the highest floor. I also requested a room near the lift, but instead, my room was located at the farthest end from the lift. I had also requested a simple complimentary room decoration, but there was nothing provided at all. The cleanliness of the room was also not up to my expectations. On top of that, the room was extremely warm and the air-conditioning did not cool the room properly, even when set to the minimum temperature of 21°C. I could only comfortably use the blanket at around 4 AM, as the room remained hot and uncomfortable for hours before that. Overall, I am very disappointed with the experience. The requests I made were simple, but unfortunately, they were either ignored or completely disregarded. No repeat stay for me, and I would not recommend this hotel to others.
